☝️Important: If you are sending a toy as a gift to relatives, friends, or acquaintances, please remember that the recipient may (but not necessarily) be required to pay any applicable taxes and duties upon receipt. You are only responsible for the cost of goods and shipping.

We’re confident that you’ll love our toys! We’ve been making them since 2015, and our customers keep coming back for more! However, if needed, we gladly accept returns and exchanges:
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Cancellations: Not accepted
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
☝️PLEASE NOTE: You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, but the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping).
Exchanges, refunds, or returns for personalized/customized items are not allowed due to the nature of the products. Once an order is placed, no refunds or exchanges can be offered for these items.
If your item arrives damaged, or you have any other issues, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll be happy to resolve any problems you may have!

We offer resending and refund services! If your package doesn’t arrive on time, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
☝️Important NOTE: If an incorrect address was provided, we won’t be able to resend or refund the order if the package is lost in transit. However, if the package returns to us safely, we can either resend it or issue a refund. If you choose to have it resent, you’ll need to cover the shipping fee again. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
